NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Bozeman, Montana, is accepting requests for qualifications
(RFQs) for:
Architectural, Street, Intersection, Transportation, Lighting, Telecommunications,
Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater Professional Services.
Submissions of qualifications for the above titled scope of services will be received by the City Clerk,
Hall, 121 N. Rouse Avenue, P.O. Box 1230, Bozeman, Montana 59771-1230 until 11 a.m., local time,
Tuesday, December 8, 2015.
The RFQ submittal date has been extended and the several additions have been made to the scope of
services. Please note acknowledgement of these changes in your submission.
The following changes are made to the RFQ.
1. Page 1 – Title (additions). Architectural, Street, Intersection, Transportation, Lighting,
Telecommunications, Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater Professional Services.
2. Page 1 – The City of Bozeman (City) is seeking Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from firms
qualified to provide professional architectural, engineering, planning, design, construction
management and inspection, and other related services for various designated and
undesignated urban renewal, transportation network and stormwater related projects.
3. Page 7. Addition of Section #7.
7. ARCHITECTURE, STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING, AND LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE
a. The NSURD board is looking for a partner to help it expand and refine its vision for urban
renewal projects within the district. The board expects that this vision will start with
architectural renderings of prospective project ideas and evolve to fully designed and
engineered projects. The board seeks a creative partner that can articulate,
conceptualize and provide compelling visual renderings for the built environment in a
revitalized urban corridor.
i. Create compelling visual renderings of proposed design concepts
ii. Evaluate applications for rehabilitation grants and provide suggested
architectural changes to further enhance projects receiving grant funds.
iii. Create site plans for proposed urban renewal projects.
iv. Create and propose creative and compelling streetscapes and landscape
architecture to complement and enhance the built environment.
v. Estimate the costs of demolishing existing structures and preparing land for
redevelopment.
