ADDENDUM TO FULL RECONVEYANCE
I, Gregory S. Sullivan,Bozeman City Attorney,as Substituted Trustee pursuant to that Substitution
of Trustee recorded as Document No. 2525511 in the records of the Gallatin County Clerk and
Recorder, and pursuant to my authority as Substitute Trustee under that certain Trust Indenture
executed by Bozeman Interfaith Housing,Inc. as Grantor and the City of Bozeman,as Beneficiary,
dated April 4, 1997, recorded April 15, 1997 at Film 172, Page 1630 of the official records of the
Gallatin County Clerk and Recorder, Gallatin County, Montana, do hereby make this Addendum
to the Full Reconveyance recorded as Document No.2526202 in the official records of the Gallatin
County Clerk and Recorder, Gallatin County,Montana, covering real property situated in Gallatin
County, Montana described as follows:
Lots 5 and 6 in Block 1 of the Correction Plat of Westlake's First Addition to Bozeman,
according to the official plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Clerk
and Recorder, Gallatin County, Montana.
This Addendum corrects the following. The Full Reconveyance recorded as Document No.
2526202 referenced the incorrect recorded page number for the Trust Indenture reconveyed
pursuant to the Full Reconveyance. The correct recording reference for the Trust Indenture is Film
172,Page 1630 of the official records of the Gallatin County Clerk and Recorder, Gallatin County,
Montana. All other terms of the Full Reconveyance remain valid and are in no way effected by
this Addendum.
