C. Public Comment *Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Committee. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each action item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes.
D. Minutes
1. Approval of minutes from October 2015 meeting.
E. Disclosure of Comments or Information Received Board members should disclose information or discussions they have had regarding a board related
topic.
F. Action Items 1. Board bylaw review and adoption of new City of Bozeman bylaw template to
come into conformance with City recommendations.
Board can consider making a motion to adopt the new City of Bozeman bylaw template.
2. Motion to approve the cancelation of the December 2015 meeting in lieu of the holiday season. Board can consider making a motion to cancel the December 2015 meeting in lieu of the holiday season.
