Public Comment – Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Committee. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each action item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes. D. Action Items 1. Election of Officers A Chair and Vice-chair need to be selected. 2. Revision to By-laws A model set of rules of procedure for all advisory bodies has been created. It is necessary for the IFAC to review and update its rules of procedure to conform to the model. Recommended Motion: I move to adopt the rules of procedure as presented and request the City Commission to ratify them. 3. Fire Impact Fee Capital Improvement Program Review the proposed Fire impact fee CIP and take action to make a recommendation to the City Commission. Recommended Motion: I move to recommend to the City Commission approval of the Fire Impact Fee Capital Improvement Program as presented. 4. Street, Water, and Sewer Impact Fee Capital Improvement Program Presentation A revised approach to assembling and coordinating between these three capital improvement programs is in development. The revised approach provides a more coherent project and budget picture for funding sources and proposed expenditures and leverages recent City investments in geographic information systems and asset management tools. Staff will present an overview of the revised approach, describe intended benefits of the revised approach, and answer questions on the revised approach. Example information may be proved to illustrate the revised approach. No action on specific recommendations is proposed with this item. Action on these three CIP packages will occur at the next IFAC meeting in the first week of December. E. FYI/Discussion F.
