Willson Public Commet Theodore and Linda Schmidt 712 Willson Avenue Bozeman Montana 59715 City of Bozeman 121 North Rouse Bozeman Montana To Whom It May Concern: We wish to express our concern with any change in zoning on Willson Avenue to allow for commercial vacation rentals. We have enjoyed living in Bozeman for 20 years and have greatly admired the charm and historic value of the neighborhood surrounding Willson Ave. We have commended and respected the pride with which the city and property owners took to carefully preserve the character and integrity of this exceptional district. We recently invested in the historically significant neighborhood and plan to do our part by continuing to invest in the preservation and improvement of the property. We made this commitment with confidence that the character would continue to be maintained by the community and that the R1 zoning status would be upheld. It is concerning to discover that the neighborhood may be incrementally altered by zoning exceptions and co--ld eventually be transformed from a charming family neighborhood into a commercial extension of downtown. t 6 Respectfully, f � Tcd _f d .i� a.
