Olive Street 1) Call meeting to order 2) Final Week Review A. 15422 Un-Knotted Vacation Rental Conditional Use Permit – (Brekke/Kohtz) 708 North Rouse Avenue A Conditional Use Permit requesting a change of office use to extended stay lodging (vacation rental) within the mixed use building located on the property. This CUP request is required because extended stay lodging is a conditional use within the Northeast Historic Mixed Use (HMU) zoning district. B. 15449 – Gordon Mandeville State School Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plat – (Rogers/Kohtz) 2360 North 7th Avenue A Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application to subdivide an existing lot of 3.36 acres into two industrial lots. 3) Second Week Review A. 15495 – Cattail Creek Duplexes – (Davis/Kohtz) 3188 & 3194 Fen Way A site plan application to allow the construction of two two-household dwelling units and related site improvements. B. 15472 – Gallatin County Document Storage Facility – (WerBell/Kohtz) 615 South 16th Avenue A site plan application to allow the construction of a 14,000 square foot document and vehicle storage facility and related site improvements on the Law & Justice Campus. 4) Initial Week Review A. 15511– Fridley Commons Site Plan/COA (Brekke/Kohtz) 616 E. Fridley Street A Site Plan application with a Certificate of Appropriateness for the remodel of the existing house and the new construction of two single-household residences on the property addressed as 616 East Fridley Street, which is located within the Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District. 5) Informal A. 15493 – Downtown Parking Lots Informal – (Davis/Kohtz) Willson/Mendenhall, Black/Mendenhall, Rouse/Babcock An informal application for review and comment on the redevelopment of four downtown public parking lots, inducing the Armory Lot, N Willson Lot, Carnegie Lot and Eagles Lot. B. 15505 – Rialto Theatre Informal – (Brekke/Kohtz) 10 West Main Street An informal application for review and comment on the redevelopment of the historic Rialto Theatre at 10 West Main Street, including the change in use to a theater and assembly, reestablishment of a front awning/marquee, addition to the back of the building, establishment of outdoor balconies for outdoor seating, and modifications of building’s front elevation. 6) Additional Items 7) Adjournment Final Plan Reviews Pending This board generally meets every Wednesday at 10:00am Committee meetings are open to all members of the public.
