Please also realize that these home on these sites also go against affordable housing. People now but
homes to rent them on these sites, as they can pay more for the house as the banks look at them as a
business and therefore 'pencil'.
This takes away from those trying to rent and also pushes housing prices higher. Also what is the
benefit to hotels and taxpayers?
Bozeman has always been super strict on zoning. Why is this even allowable in improper residential
areas?
