A. Call to Order

C. Public Comment *Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Committee. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each action item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes.
D. Minutes
1. Approval of minutes from September 2015 meeting.
E. Disclosure of Comments or Information Received
Board members should disclose information or discussions they have had regarding a board related
topic.
F. Action Items
1. Board bylaw review to come into conformance with City recommendations
Board can consider making a motion to create a subcommittee that can draft new bylaws to be in
conformance with City recommendations. H. Discussion Items/Award Prep Items 1. Award Ceremony scheduled for Wednesday, November 4th at 6:30 p.m. (Board members to arrive at 5:30 p.m.) 2. Finalize order of presentation and make sure each award has a presenter 3. Food and drink final arrangements
