Bozeman Landfill
This Addendum No. 4 is issued on October 23 2015, to the Call for Bids for the Bozeman Landfill LFG/SVE
system dated October 1, 2015. Completed bids must acknowledge receipt of this addendum at the
appropriate place in the bidding documents.
1. No hard land line is required for phone service. Item 9 on the Conduit Schedule on sheet 22 shall
be deleted.
2. The new disconnect switch feeding the 75kVA transformer in the new Main Distribution Panel
shown on Detail 3 of sheet 21 shall be changed from a 100A/3P to a 200A/2P, with
corresponding fuses.
3. The quantity for bid item 6 (SVE remote wellhead assembly) is sixteen (16) not 6 as shown on the
revised bid schedule in Addendum 2. The Contractor must overwrite the number 16 in the
quantity column in the revised bid schedule and base the item cost on this number rather than
the number currently shown in the bid schedule for this item. Bit Item 6 in the Measurement and
Payment section (01029) is updated to reflect this change.
4. On Detail 3 on Sheet 8, the column labeled Borehole Depth in Feet is deleted. The sum of the
solid pipe and slotted pipe is the correct Borehole Depth.
5. The quantity for bid item 3 (Air Injection Well Drilling) is 315 vertical feet. The Contractor must
overwrite the number 315 in the quantity column on the revised bid schedule and base the item
cost on this number rather than the number currently shown in the bid schedule for this item.
This item is shown on details 1 and 3 on Sheet 8. Bid item 3 in the Measurement and Payment
section (01029) is updated to reflect this change.
