RELEASE OF AGREEMENT AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO LIEN UPON REAL
PROPERTY
WHEREAS, on August 21, 2013, 2014 Agreements and Notice of Intent to Lien to Secure
Payment of Deferred Development Impact Fees were recorded as Document Nos. 2460144,
2460138, 2460143, and 2460145 with the Gallatin County Clerk and Recorder in association
with Building Permits 13-19162, 13-19163, 13-19447, and 13-19451,
WHEREAS, Grantor has satisfied the conditions for the release of lien encumbering certain
parcels under said Agreements.
NOW THEREFORE,the Grantee hereby releases all of its right,title, and interest to the lien
in the real property described as: Address of 730, 760, 740, 750 Haggerty Lane and legally
described as Tract 1,Minor Subdivision 375, Bozeman MT and reserving notice of intent to lien
under other recorded documents
