AGREEMENT is made as of this � day ofJP&Z-A,�Uv , 2015,
between THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, a Municipal Corporation, Bozeman, Montana, herein referred to
as OWNER and Gaston Engineering and Surveying P.C. an Engineering Consulting Firm of Bozeman,
Montana, herein referred to as ENGINEER.
WHEREAS, the parties have entered into a Professional Services Agreement dated October 27,
2014 herein referred to as Original Agreement for professional engineering services for the Capital
Improvements Field Survey Project; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to further amend the provisions of this Agreement to include
additional services for legal land surveying.
NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL COVENANTS
CONTAINED HEREIN, the parties agree as follows:
The conditions and provisions set forth in the attached `Exhibit C-1: Scope of Services for Amendment
No. 1 to PSA for Capital Improvement Projects Field Survey' and `Exhibit D-1: Lump Sum Fee Proposal
for Amendment No. 1 to PSA for Capital Improvements Field Survey' are hereby incorporated herein
and made a part of this agreement.
Article 6 — Compensation for Engineering Service
A new section is added to the agreement as part of this amendment, Section 6.1. La - Payment for
Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement for Capital Improvments Projects Field Survey
and reads as follows:
Section 6.1. La — Payment for Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement for Capital
Improvements Projects Field Survey. The OWNER shall pay a lump sum amount of $3,780.00 for
services set forth in `Exhibit C-1: Scope of Services for Amendment No. 1 to PSA for Capital
Improvements Projects Field Survey'.
Except as specifically amended herein, the original agreement shall remain in full force and
effect and the Parties shall be bound by all terms and conditions therein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto do make and execute this Agreement on the day
and year first above written.

Exhibit C-1:
Scope of Services
for Amendment No. 1 to PSA for Capital Improvement Projects Field Survey
Task 1—
Amended Plat
The amended plat work will begin once authorization to proceed is obtained from the owner.
Description: Complete an amended plat of Lot IA of Block 2 of J.C. Billion Auto Plaza Subdivision
(situated in the El/2, SE '/4, SE'/4 of Sec 9, T2S, R5E, P.M.M. Gallatin County, Montana) to remove
the platted 1' no access strip. The amended plat work will include the following:
• Records Research
• Field Verify that all corners are in place and replace any that are missing
• Prepare Amended Plat for recording with the Clerk and Recorder
• Provide the City of Bozeman with a PDF file of the plat so they can make required prints for
planning review.
• Once approval has been granted, provide three mylar prints of the plat signed by a
Professional Land Surveyor.
The City of Bozeman will need to provide a Platting Certificate so we can get correct ownership for
signature blocks. The City of Bozeman will be responsible for all other aspects of the review process.
The Amended Plat will be completed and delivered to the City of Bozeman as soon as possible.
Task 2 —
Annexation Map
Description: Complete an annexation map of Reservoir Site NW V4 SW 1/4, Sec 29,T2S, R6E, Gallatin
County, Montana. The annexation map work will include the following:
• Records Research
• Preparation of Annexation Map
• Legal Description
• Provide the City of Bozeman with a mylar print of the annexation map
The City of Bozeman will be responsible for the annexation process.
