RELEASE OF AGREEMENT AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO LIEN UPON REAL
PROPERTY
WHEREAS, on January 1, 2014 an Agreement and Notice of Intent to Lien to Secure
Payment of Deferred Development Impact Fees was recorded as Document No. 2472413 with
the Gallatin County Clerk and Recorder; and,
WHEREAS, Obligor has satisfied the conditions for the release of lien encumbering certain
parcels under said Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE,the City hereby releases all of its right,title, and interest to the lien in
the real property described as: Tract 1 A, Certificate of Survey 2008A and addressed as 1915 S.
19th Avenue.
