Message: Dear Commissioners, I urge you to support the alternative condition recommended as
part of the Legends subdivision in action item J3. I am a homeowner in Legends and can tell you
that a bathroom at the open space fields would provide little public benefit and has very little
support in our community. There are concerns about cost, maintenance, and need, as well as the
equity of requiring an HOA to pay for a bathroom that does not benefit the HOA. However, other recreational facilities, like a covered BBQ area would be a fine addition. Please support the
recommendation so that we can establish a facility that has community support. Thanks for
considering my views, and your commitment to our city. Best, Paul Spitler
