Message: To City Commissioners: I am a Legends resident that lives on Boylan rd. I want you to
know that I strongly oppose condition 24 that would result in construction of a bathroom facility
and VERY STRONGLY am in favor of adding Lot 1 to the city park and to the 50k donation
that would allow for improvements not only to Lot 1 but to the rest of the park. For instance the
contruction of more playground and/or a covered pavilion with picnic tables is much more important to us than a public restroom. Should the park receive more traffic and use in the future
then perhaps a restroom woud be warranted but until then the money could be better spent for
