B. 15440 – Four Points Subdivision Phase II Pre-Application – (Krueger/Kohtz)
2545 Veronica Street, 3605 Kimberwicke Street
A proposed major subdivision of the Four Points Subdivision Lots 4 and 5 into ten lots with
associated streets and infrastructure.
C. 15445 – Gallatin Valley YMCA Community Center Conditional Use Permit (1 of 3) –
(Brekke/Kohtz)
South of Baxter Lane, west of Vaquero Parkway, adjacent to the Gallatin Regional Park
The construction of a 20,648-square foot community center building with related surface
parking and landscaping site improvements for the future site of the Gallatin Valley YMCA.
