active recently in planning for our town's future. I am hoping that preserving and supporting agricultural
land near, within the city and in the Gallatin Valley are important priorities. We are uniquely lucky to have
a fabulous agricultural heritage, fertile soil and smart, hard working farmers and ranchers that live here. I
wonder if there are other places in the west who are dealing with these concerns and if they have come
up with ideas?
>> The other big topic is affordable housing. I would like to put my two cents in and say that this would
be one hell of a boring place if only rich old people lived here. Help out those people that do all the work,
have all the ideas, are creative and energetic…also artistic and often quite intelligent. I am sure you know
all this.
>> Best wishes to you as the new mayor and I will do all I can to support your work, on the commission,
and support those on the commission who have intelligent, compassionate and real ideas for making
Bozeman a great place to be.
