1. Joint Public Hearing and Decision by the Gallatin County Commission and City of Bozeman Regarding Approval of an Architecture Contract with Think One Architects for the New Law & Justice Center (City and County Staff)
2. Approval of Professional Services Agreement with ThinkOne Architects for
Preliminary Development of a Joint Project at the Law and Justice Center Site (Winn) Consider the motion: Having considered public comment and the information presented by
staff, I hereby move to authorize the City Manager to sign the Professional Services Agreement
with ThinkOne Architects subject to final legal review and contingent upon Commission
approval of a budget amendment authorizing funding.
