RECOMMENDATION: Authorize City Manager to sign
BACKGROUND: Attached are copies (original to Stacy Ulmen), of the partially executed
Public Access Easement and Agreement for Access to Storm Sewer System. Engineering staff
reviewed both documents and found them to be acceptable. The City Attorney and Project
Engineer drafted the Agreement for Access to Storm Sewer System, which was subsequently accepted and executed by the developer.
