A. 15368 Poplar Terrace Apartments Phase II – (Saunders/Kohtz)

A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of 2 duplexes to complete the Poplar
Terrace project. Two, 4 unit buildings already exist on the site. One existing single detached
home will be demolished with this project. Cash in lieu of parkland is requested for four
dwellings.
B. 15321 –Modification to Z14004 Saffron Table CUP Site Plan – (Davis/Kohtz)
1511 W Babcock/1528 W Main
Modification of Saffron Table Site Plan to allow for further development of the existing
gravel parking lot into a paved parking lot accessed from Babcock Street. The parking lot will
provide for 15 paved parking spaces with sidewalks and stormwater facilities.

A. 15038 – Cannery District Preliminary Planned Unit Development– (Krueger/Kohtz)
101 East Oak Street
A Preliminary Planned Unit Development Application for the development of 12.24 acres for
commercial development in four phases, including proposed relaxations to the Unified
Development Code.
4) Initial Week Review
A. 15419 –Bozeman Taproom – (Rogers/Kohtz)
111 North Tracy Avenue
A Conditional Use Permit & Commercial Certificate of Appropriateness application to allow
the adaptive re-use and expansion, of an existing structure for on premise alcohol
consumption in the B-3 Zoning District.
B. 15-400 – Springhill Suites by Marriott – (Rogers/Kohtz)
1601 Baxter Lane
A Preliminary Site Plan, Certificate Appropriateness, and Conditional Use Permit application
for the construction of a 90 room hotel with a height deviation, parking lot, and related site
improvements with on premise alcohol consumption.
5) Informal
A. 15401 – 223 East Main Informal – (Brekke/Kohtz)
223 East Main Street
An Informal Application seeking guidance for the redevelopment of the vacant site,
including construction of a three-story mixed use building with retail on the ground floor
and residential on the upper floors.
B. 15424 – Cottage Grove Informal – (Krueger/Kohtz)
221 W. Babcock
An Informal Application seeking guidance for the demolition of an existing single household
residence and the construction of sixteen dwelling units for lodging house use, one office
building and related parking and site improvements on one lot.
