AMENDMENT TO TOWER LEASE AGREEMENT
Whereas, on or about the 27th day of September, 2002, WWC Holding Co., Inc. ("Landlord") and
Gallatin County - City of Bozeman Joint Communications/Dispatch Services ("Tenant") entered
into a written Tower Lease Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"):
Whereas, the Parties desire by this Amendment to correct an error in the description of the rent
payable, effective on the Commencement Date;
Now, Therefore, Landlord and Tenant by mutual consent do hereby agree to amend the Site
Lease Agreement, as follows:
Sec. 6, Rent is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
"On the Commencement Date and on each anniversary of the Commencement Date
thereafter, Tenant shall pay to Landlord as a rent ("Rent") the following:
Tenant shall pay Landlord as Rent for the first year of the Term, One Hundred Twenty
Dollars ($120), payable in one (1) installment of One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120) beginning
on the Commencement Date and on each anniversary of the Commencement Date thereafter.
The Rent shall be made payable to Landlord at the following address: WWC Holding Co.,
Inc., c/o Western Wireless Corp PO Box 70870, CM 9755, St Paul, MN 55170. All Rent
checks shall have Landlord's site number clearly written on the face of the check."
Except as set forth above, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain the same,
unchanged, and in full force and effect.
