Willson and Mendenhall Construction Mitigation Plan Public Relations Campaign • Community Outreach o Social Media o Direct Mail/E-mail o News Outlets • Wayfinding Plan o Signage to Garage and North Black Lot Supplemental Parking Inventory • Construction Parking o Garage (top level) o Possible option(s) to lease a private lot • Customer Parking o Possible option(s) to lease a private lot Parking Manager’s Report September 10, 2015 Construction – ETHA and 5West construction will be concurrent one to another. We plan to be as nimble as possible working with the public and contractors to alleviate problems. Parking Study - Rick Williams Consulting will begin work on our parking study this week. Parking Employees – Sheryl Velishek has been hired as a PEO1. As you can see we have a lot of transient parking in the garage. Once construction starts at 5West or the Etha our statistics will change for sure and we will need to make sure we have space for the public to use. Ergo I would limit any additional leases until the end of construction. July of 2015 we made $7,699.25 in the garage.
