B. 15371 Calvary Chapel Site Plan Application (Davis/Kohtz) 2270 Boot Hill Court A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of a community center – Calvary Church, associated parking, and related site improvements. This site plan would be a phase of the Lewis and Clark Commerce Center Master Site Plan. C. 15369 – The Springs at Bozeman CUP – (Krueger/Kohtz) 3072 N 27th Avenue A Conditional Use Permit Application for an assisted living facility with 80 dwellings and 46,400 sq ft of support facilities and supportive care facilities with associated site improvements. 4) Initial Week Review A. 15366 Creekside Apartments Phase I Site Plan Application (Davis/Kohtz) 3230, 3234, 3266 North 27th Avenue A site plan application to allow the construction of three apartment buildings with a total of 71 dwelling units, associated parking, and related site improvements. B. 15380 624 South Willson Extended Stay Conditional Use Permit (Davis/Kohtz) 624 S. Willson Avenue A conditional use permit application to allow a private residence to be operated as a vacation home (classified as “Extended Stay Lodging” in the R-1 Zoning District), which would permit the residence to be rented for less than 30 days at a time. 5) Informal A. 15-379 –Rosa Apartments Informal Review – (Rogers/Kohtz) Lot 1, Block 1, Traditions Subdivision Phase 3 An informal application for input on multi-household residential development with associated site improvements. 6) Additional Items 7) Adjournment Final Plan Reviews Pending: None.
