levy passed and new cop shop built next to library, Oregon State University branch campus,
frequent annexation of outlying areas. Single word describing Bend; gentrification. Retired
people from California brought a lot of money, working people brought marijuana and
methamphetamine. Working families live in Redmond, Sisters or the like.
The mixed use zoning (light commercial mixed residential) in Bozeman on Professional Drive
between Main and College interests me. This may be one solution increasing the population
density and the housing supply within city limits.
