Public Service Announcement- City Offices Closed and Notification of Cancelled Commission Meeting for Monday, September 7th in recognition of Labor Day (Ulmen) F. Consent 1. Authorize Payment of Accounts Payable Claims for Goods and Services (LaMeres) 2. Professional Services Agreement with the Downtown Business Partnership, LLC regarding the Administration and Management of the Downtown Bozeman Urban Renewal District (Kukulski) Consider the motion: I move to approve Consent Items 1-2 as submitted. G. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes. H. Action Items 1. Public Hearing, Consideration of Protests and the Adoption of Resolution 4640, a Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, creating the Arterial and Collector Street Special District for the purpose of Funding the Construction, improvements, and Maintenance of August 31, 2015 Bozeman City Commission Agenda Page 2 of 2 Transportation Facilities related to Arterial and Collector Streets (Rosenberry) Conduct a Public Hearing: Determine whether valid protests have been received from property owners representing less than 10% of the annual assessment amount and if so; Consider the motion: Having considered the information provided by staff, considered public comment, and considered all of the information presented, I hereby adopt Resolution 4640, a Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, creating the Arterial and Collector Street Special District for the purpose of Funding the Construction, improvements, and Maintenance of Transportation Facilities related to Arterial and Collector Streets. 2. Resolution 4633, Levying and Assessing Arterial and Collector Street Special District Amounts for Fiscal Year 2015-2016 (FY16) (Rosenberry) Consider the motion: I move to adopt Resolution 4633, Levying and Assessing Arterial and Collector Street Special District Amounts for Fiscal Year 2015-2016 (FY16), making the assessment rate $0.00287 per assessable square foot of lot area. 3. Resolution 4617, Establishing a Tree Maintenance District Assessment for Fiscal Year 2015-2016 (FY16) (Rosenberry) Consider the motion: I move to adopt Resolution 4617, establishing a Tree Maintenance District Assessment for Fiscal Year 2016, making the Assessment rate $0.00227per assessable square foot. 4. Resolution 4634, Setting Mill Levies for Fiscal Year 2015-2016 (FY16) (Rosenberry) Consider the motion: I move to adopt Resolution 4634, Setting Mill Levies for Fiscal Year 2015-2016 (FY16). I.
