Johnson Equipment Used: Equipment Lost or Broken: Incident Narrative: The Bozeman Hazardous materials team was dispatched to mile marker 69 in the Gallatin Canyon to a wreck involving a truck and trailer early Thursday afternoon. The truck was reportedly forced off the road ~a passenger vehicle who crossed the center line in bad weather conditions. A~oximately 2000 gallons of asphalt leaked into the barrow ditch. No asphalt from the spill ever got close the Gallatin river. Crews pumped off the remaining product and righted the vehicle for towing. Gallatin Gateway Fire Department also responded.
