FINAL WEEK REVIEW A. 15364 Summit Storage Modification (Davis/Kohtz) 2674 Simmental Way A proposed modification to Site Plan Z09080 Summit Storage to allow access between Summit Storage and Lewis & Clark Storage and removal of the existing kiosk and parking area for Summit Storage . B. 15365 Lewis & Clark Storage Modification (Davis/Kohtz) 3212 Simmental Way A proposed modification to Site Plan Z15002 Lewis & Clark Storage Units to allow access between Summit Storage and Lewis & Clark Storage and removal of an approved access point on Simmental Way. 3. SECOND WEEK REVIEW A. 15369 The Springs at Bozeman CUP (Krueger/Kohtz) 3072 N 27th Avenue A Conditional Use Permit Application for an assisted living facility with 80 dwellings and 46,400 sq ft of support facilities and supportive care facilities with associated site improvements. B. 15367 Larkspur Commons Site Plan with Deviation (Saunders/Kohtz) 1233, 1271, 1323 and 1375 Manzanita Ave. 1241 N. 12 th Ave and 1236 N. 14th Ave. A Site Plan Application to allow the construction 136 apartments in 13 buildings and associated site improvements with Deviation. Deviation is to provide 20% less parking than required by 38.25.040, BMC. 4. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW A. 15370 Lewis & Clark Commerce Center Master Site Plan Application (Davis/Kohtz) Lots 2A and 3, Block 2, Lewis & Clark Commercial Subdivision A Master Site Plan Application to replace the previous Lewis and Clark Master Site Plan; the revisions include phasing, building locations and shared parking. B. 15371 Calvary Chapel Site Plan Application (Davis/Kohtz) 2270 Boot Hill Court A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of a community center – Calvary Church, associated parking, and related site improvements. This site plan would be a phase of the Lewis and Clark Commerce Center Master Site Plan. C. 15377 Yellowstone Theological Institute Minor Subdivision Pre-application Plan (Krueger/Kohtz) 3000 South 19th Avenue A Minor Subdivision Pre-application plan to subdivide 78 acres into five lots. 5.INFORMAL A. 15360 East Gallatin River Estates Condominium Informal (Werbell/Kohtz) An informal application for input on the feasibility of further development and required setbacks on a lot with flood hazard area associated with a 500 year event . 5.ADDITIONAL ITEMS None. 6.
