Public Comment –Members of the audience or their agent may be invited to present testimony or evidence. To be recognized, each person desiring to give testimony or evidence shall step forward and, after being recognized, give their name and address for the record. The presiding officer may establish a timefrarne for each public comment but in no case shall such timeframe be less than three (3) minutes per speaker. The presiding officer may lengthen or shorten the time allotted for public testimony. VI. 5West Construction Staging in North Wilson with presentation from developer— ACTION (RESOLUTION PC2015-02 authorizing Parking Manager to sign for Commission) VII. Adjournment The next Bozeman Parking Commission meeting will be held September 8th, 2015 at 7:30am at City Hall in the Commission Room. Bozeman Parking Commission meetings are open to all members of the public. Parking Manager’s Report August 12, 2015 Parking Study – A professional Services agreement has been signed between Rick Williams Consulting and The City of Bozeman. Work will commence in August. We will hold a kick off meeting on a date to be determined. I have worked with various department such as planning to ensure that this review will be truly comprehensive and benefit the City to the fullest. Duncan Citation Software- We will begin working with Duncan again to resolve issues still on the table when our Duncan contact passed away. The issue in most concern will be collection on past due citations. Garage- Our garage cleaner has quit, we are hiring a new employee ASAP. I am looking a bringing in a cleaning crew from the detention center monthly to clean and paint as necessary at no cost to parking. Parking Employees – We are looking at promoting Tom McCardle to the open PEO2 position. We will interview 5 individuals to fill the vacant PEO 1 position and potentially the position currently held by Tom McCardle.
