D. 15347 Artcraft Building CUP (Brekke/Kohtz) 303 East Main Street An Application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow on premise consumption of alcohol. C. 15339 Fen Way Village Apartments Site Plan (Rogers/Kohtz) 32636 Fen Way A Site Plan application to allow the construction of two, four unit residential buildings, parking, and associated site improvements. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW A. 15369 The Springs at Bozeman CUP (Kreuger/Kohtz) 3072 N 27th Avenue A Conditional Use Permit Application for a n assisted living facility with 80 dwellings and 46,400 sq ft of support facilities and supportive care facilities with associated site improvements. B. 15367 Larkspur Commons Site Plan with Deviation (Saunders/Kohtz) 1233, 1271, 1323 and 1375 Manzanita Ave. 1241 N. 12th Ave and 1236 N. 14th Ave. A Site Plan Application to allow the construction 136 apartments in 13 buildings and associated site improvements with Deviation. Deviation is to provide 20% less parking than required by 38.25.040, BMC. 5.INFORMAL A. 15246 24 Sundance Major Subdivision Informal (Rogers/Kohtz) An informal application for comment on further subdivision of two existing lots within the Sundance Springs Major PUD and Subdivision, Phase 1B. 5.ADDITIONAL ITEMS None. 6.
