A zone map amendment proposing to zone 8.99 acres as B-2 (Community Business
District) contingent upon annexation. The property is located at 101 East Oak Street and is
legally described as Tract 1, 2 and 3 of COS 2877 A tract of Land being Tract 1 and Tract 2
of Correction COS 2128B and the parcel known as COS 2548 all located in the NW ¼ of
Section 6, T2S, R6E, P.M.M., Gallatin County, Montana.
