Parking Manager’s Report
August 12, 2015
Parking Study – A professional Services agreement has been signed between Rick Williams Consulting
and The City of Bozeman. Work will commence in August. We will hold a kick off meeting on a date to be determined. I have worked with various department such as planning to ensure that this review will be truly
comprehensive and benefit the City to the fullest.
Duncan Citation Software- We will begin working with Duncan again to resolve issues still on the table when our Duncan contact passed away. The issue in most concern will be collection on past due citations.
Garage- The garage software has been updated and equipment repaired. That being said we are having
some connectivity issues that City IT is currently working on fixing.
Parking Employees – We are looking at promoting Tom McCardle to the open PEO2 position. We will interview 5 individuals to fill the vacant PEO 1 position and potentially the position currently held by Tom McCardle.
Revenue report- We are having some connection issues with the garage so I do not have a report on garage usage. I hope to have that resolved soon. For now here are our ticket revenues. I do expect
revenues to be down because of loss of employment and the training of new POE’s once they are hired.
