A tract of land situated in the swt of Section 11, 12S, R5h,
PMM, Gallatin County, Montana, and being further described as·
follows:
Beginning at a poinc which is N01"41'46"E a distance of 56.22 feet
and N89"35'49"E a distance of 33.00 feet from the SW corner of
Section 11, T2S, R5E, PMM. said point also being on the northerly
R/~ line of US Highway No. 191 and being the SE corner of
Certificate of Survey ~o. 1005: thence from said true point of
beginning along the easterly line of said Certificate of Survey
No. 1005, N01"41'46"E a distance of 1264.77 feet to the SW corner
of Tract 2 of Van Horn Subdivision; thence along the southerly
line of Van Horn Subdivision, West Babcock Annexation and Cahill
