Change Order No. 10 Summary City of Bozeman Water Treatment Plant Replacement Project Summary This change order consists of three Change Proposal Requests (CPR). The following is a list of the CPRs included in the change order: CPR Description Price Time 179 Conduit for Phone Service $1,568.00 0 185 Insulate Drying Bed Discharge Pipes $1,138.00 0 186 Miscellaneous Work Bid Item ($101,000.00) 0 Additional Time $0 330 Total ($98,294.00) 330 CPR 179 Conduit for Phone Service The project included conduits for phone service that terminated on the south side of the access drive. Due to changes in routing of the phone cable by Century Link and the need to pave the access drive, additional conduit needed to be installed across the drive access. Documentation included for this change is CPR 179 with a detailed breakdown and recommendation. CPR 185 Insulate Drying Bed Discharge Pipes This change provides for temporary insulation for the drying bed discharge pipes on the east side of the project. The change was required to keep the facility in operation during inclement weather. Permanent insulation will be added outside of this contract. Documentation included for this change is CPR 185 with a detailed breakdown and recommendation. CPR 186 Miscellaneous Work Bid Item This change is being completed to reconcile the contract. The contract includes a Miscellaneous Items bid item of $100,000 plus 1 % tax for a total of $101,000. This bid item was for work to be completed on a force account basis during the course of construction if needed. Since the project is complete and this item has not been utilized, it is being removed from the contract. Additional Contract Time Time is added for final completion in order to allow for work to be completed in favorable weather conditions and to coordinate with Owner's other work at the project site.
