Message: Regarding the Arterial & Collector Streets Special District, my condoassociation, CT Condos aka Cottonwood Condos, is in the process of getting ownersto sign the protest form and will submit as a group. I'm guessing that they areopposed from what I've heard from the board. However, I voted in favor of it. This isa very cheap cost per homeowner per year to improve the street system inBozeman. We need these improvements very badly. So I hope you watch groupgroup protest forms carefully and they don't always represent 100% of the owners.Thank you and good luck! Pat
