SUBJECT: Amendment to Professional Services Agreement with Tetra Tech Inc. for document compilation and mitigation system operation.

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize City Manager to sign.
BACKGROUND: The attached Task Order was prepared by Tetra Tech on behalf of the City
of Bozeman to accomplish document compilation and mitigation system maintenance and
operation at the Story Mill landfill and in Bridger Creek Phase III.
The proposed cost for this task order is $49,048.00.
FISCAL EFFECTS: This work will be paid for with the proceeds of the State
Revolving Loan Fund loan.
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
