FINAL WEEK REVIEW A A 15319 Kurowski Residence Site Plan and COA (Davis/Kohtz) 328 South Tracy Ave A Site Plan Application to allow the demolition of an existing garage and construction of a two-household dwelling behind an existing 4-dwelling unit house. The project also includes removing two dwelling units out of the existing residence on site, maintaining a total of 4 dwelling units ons ite. B. Z15108 Northside Lofts Phase I Site Plan and Certificate of Appropriateness Concurrent Construction Requests (Davis/Kohtz) 203 West Lamme Street Formal request for concurrent construction for the Northside Lofts project. D. 15326 Mendenhall Urban Housing Modification (Brekke/Heaston) 519 & 527 East Mendenhall Street A modification to a preliminarily approved Site Plan and Certificate of Appropriateness application to allow the addition of rooftop living space, removal of exterior balconies, and revised siding and trim composition. The development proposal remains generally as two buildings with six dwelling units each and a center drive access off Mendenhall Street. 3. SECOND WEEK REVIEW None. 4. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW C. 15315 Four Points Subdivision Site Plan (Davis/Kohtz) Four Points Subdivision, Lots 1, 2, and 3 A site plan to allow for excavating material from within the Four Points Subdivision lots 2 & 3 and place the material on lot 1. 5.INFORMAL None. 6.
