Dear City Commission,
I am writing to endorse the proposed apartment community planned for Stucky road. I must disclose
that I and my company, Langlas &Associates, have been working with the ownership group, Pete and
Bill, closely over the last couple months and if approved, we would have a good chance at building the
project. They are excellent owners, and would be a good addition to our community. They have been
conveying their intention to create an attractive project that serves its surroundings.
That said, I believe these type of high density, near to campus projects are a "must" as Bozeman
continues to grow. They will also have a bus service to safely transport students to campus and other
parts of Bozeman. From a construction and jobs standpoint, this project will provide in the various
trades, over 75 jobs each day for one and a half years to complete. I believe this project will be good for
Bozeman businesses, provide good jobs for our community, and provide a safe and healthy living
environment for Bozeman residents and students.
