Subject: Opposition to the development of Stuckey Rd farmland into student housing

Dear Tom,
I am a Bozeman resident who enjoys our open space and agricultural lands within the city. I hope the
city can see how valuable this rich agricultural land is because of the fact it's so close to the Bozeman
city center! For all of us Bozeman's residents that enjoy locally grown produce that does not have to
travel from far off lands to reach out tables it's ideal.
There is already a huge student housing project going in near the stadium, do we really need another
development built immediately following this one. Don't you think it makes sense to see how occupancy
of this student housing project goes before building another?
I hope you consider all the factors, like the water resources etc. of this area before developing this
prime agricultural land on Stuckey into student housing.
