WI~::REAS, The City Council, by Council Resolution No. 278,
, on June 2, 1904, ordered the construction of that portion of

I Sewer No. Eight, described as follows: Beginning at or near the

sessed thereon, to defray the cost o'f constructing said pOl'tion of
said District Sewer No. l<::ight, and that the l:HLid several sums be
lected from the respeeiive ORners o'f the said lots or parcels of
described in sf.dd sch"dule. This a.ssess:ment 1.3 made purs\.lant to said
Council Resolution No. 278, passed by the City Council on
That the ~ day of May, 1905, at 7.30 o'ClOCk, p. M., at the
Council Cham1:;er in the City Hall, is hereby designated and set a.part
as the time and place at which ol)jections to the final adoption of
this resolution will be heard by the City Council. The Clerk of
