, t' BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Boze..

Section 1. That from and after the passage a11d publication
of this ordinance, it shall be unlawful for any person
to spit or expectorate on any Sidewalk, street crossing
or upon the floors or walls of any publicbui1ding or
>. conveyance, within the limits of the City of Bozeman,

Section 2. Any peraon violating the provisions of this ordi-
nance shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a
miSdemeanor, and shall be fined in any sum not less
than one dollar nor more than ten dollars.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from
and after its passa.ge, approval and publication.
