Message: The intersection at Babcock and Black is perilous for pedestrians. I haveexperienced many near misses including today. This intersection needs a pedestriancrossing light. The current signs do not make crossing any easier. Some lawenforcement would be helpful as well. At one time a motorcycle officer would bethere but that was many years ago. It is time to address this situation BEFOREsomeone is hurt or killed.
