AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN AMENDING SECTION EIGHT (8)
OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 645 OF SAID CITY ENTITLED: -
"An Ord inance of the City of Bozeman for the Police Regulat ion,
Inspeotion and Control of Public Dances and Public Dance H~lls
Within the City of Bozeman. and Within Three Miles Beyond J;-tre

SO AS TO REDUCE THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE FOR PUBLIC DANCE HALLS FROM
ONE HUNDRED ($100.00) DOLLARS TO FIFTY ($50.00) DOLLARS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
Section 1.
License Fee
That Section Eight (8) of Ordinanae No. 645 of the City of Bozeman
entitled:
"An Ordinanoe of the City of Bozeman for the Polioe Regulation,
Inspeotion and Control of Public Dances and Public Dance Halls
Within the City of Bozeman and Within Three Miles Beyond the
Corpora te Limits Thereof; Imposing a License Fee to Defray the-
Cost of suoh Police Regulation, Inspeotion and Control; Defin-
ing Public Dances and Publio Dance Halls; Imposing Pen?,lties
for Violation of this Ordinanoe; Repealing Ordinance Number ~22
of the City of Bozeman; and Declaring, an Emergency by~R&Q..S,all--
Whereof it is Neoessary that this Ordinance be in Ful~ Foroe"

Lioense Fee
Public dance halls shall pay an annual license fee of Fifty ($50.00)
Dollars per year, in advance, or Three Dollars ($3.00) in advance, for each
and every dance given or held therein; provided) that after $50.00 has been
paid for danoes at $3.00 each, no further payment shall be required from such
dance hall and/or dances for the oa1endar year during which such payments have
been made) and such danoe hall shall thereupon be entitled to reoeive a
license for the remainder of suoh oalendar year without further payment. Fees
V COllected hereunder shall be paid into the Proteotion of Life and propert~Fund
of the City of Bozeman.
Seotion 2.
Effeotive Date
This ordinance shall govern all publio dance halls and public dances
within the City of Bozeman and",W'1'th1n three miles beyond the oorporate limits
of said City during the year ~~fid thereafter until altered) amended or
