AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN VACATING A STRIP OF LAND 250 FEET .
LONG BY 4.46 FEEr, MORE OR LESS, IN WIDTH AT ONE END TIiEREOF AND 6.68

COMPANY AND THE CONTINENTAL OIL COMPANY, PURSUANT TO COMMISSION. RESOLUTION
NO. 26 PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF 'BOZEMAN ON

WHEREAS: Thereafter on the said 26th day of January, 1934, said

NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the premises

... BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION 'OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:

Section 1.
That the following described strip of land on the south side of .t!:ast
1 Main Street in Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana, adjacent to property now
owned by W. O. Bohart, the Standard Oil Company and the Continental Oil
Company, be and the same is he~eby Tacated and discontinued for all street
purposes, to-wit:
Beginning at a point in the west line of the Southeast ~uarter
of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, T. 2 S., R. 6 E., M.P.M.,
which point is 313.5 teet north of the southwest corner of said
quarter of quarter seotion, said point being the northwest cor-
ner of the tract hereinafter described, owned by W.O. Bohart;
thence north 6.68 feet, more or less, to the south edge of the
Main street sidewalk; thenoeeast along the south edge of said
sidewalk 250 feet; thence south 4.46 feet, more or less, to the
northeast corner of the tract owned by the Standard Oil Gompany;
thence west along the north line of the tracts owned by the.
Standard Oil Company; the Continental Oil Company and Vi. 0.
Bohart, (said line being also the south line of Main Street as
originally platted) 250 ~eet to the place of beginning. .~

Eozeman, Montana, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 643 ,'I, ~
of the City of Bozeman, Montana, was published by title in the Bozeman
Daily Chronicle, a daily newspaper of general circulation, printed and
published in the said City of Bozeman,.. in the issue of March 4, 1934, and
that due proof of said publication was made and filed in my office.
