AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN VACATING A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE
EAST AND WEST ALLEY AS IT NOW :nISTS IN BLOCK NINETEEN (19) CAPITOL
HILL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, AND ESTABLISHING AN ALLEY NORTH
AND SOUTH THROUGH THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF SAID BLOCK NINETEEN (19), PURSUANT
TO COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 260 PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOZEMAN ON THE 19th DAY OF JANUARY, 1934.
I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C~MMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
WHEREAS : On the 17th day of November, 1933, Eugene Graf and others,
being all of the owners of property in B100k Nineteen (19), CapitolH111
Addition to the City of Bozeman, filed with the Clerk of the Commission their
petition asking that a portion of the east and west alley through said Block
Nineteen (19), be vaoated and an alley established throughout the entire north

of the City Commission to grant the prayer of said petition, and

WHEREAS: Said Resolution was duly prepared and on the 19th day ot
January, 1934, regularly pas.ed and adopted by the City Commission, published
notice thereof given as required by lay, and
WHEREAS: No protests, orally or in writing, having been filed with
I the Clerk of the City Commission protesting against Or objeoting to the
granting of said petit ion and the time for suoh protest and objections

Bozeman, Mont~na, trom the east line at said Blook to the north and south
oenter line of said Blook be, and the same is hereby discontihued and
vacated.

That there is hereby eatablished in said Slack Nillet.en (19),
Capitol Hill Addition to the City ot Bozeman, an alley fourteen (14). teet
in width throughout the entire north and south length of said Block, whioh
said alley shall oonsist of the west seven (7) feet of Lots Olle to Twelve
I (1-12) , inclusive, and the e.,lI half of the original north and south alley
through said Block, vacated November 6, 1919, by Ordinanoe No. 500 of the
City of Bozeman, entitled:

That so much of Ordinance No. 500 of the City of Bozeman
entitled:
"An Ordinance vacating the alley in Block Nineteen (19),
Capitol Hill Additio~ to the City of Bozeman and estab-
lishing an alley east and west through said Block
Nineteen (19) of said addition.- ,.
passed and adopted November 6, 1919, as oonflicts with this Ordinance be,
and the same is hereby repealed.
Passed and adopted by the Commission of the 01 ty of Bozeman at
a regular session thereat held on the 16th day of February, 1934.
