AN 0 RDINANCE ELIMINATING FROM SPECIAL IMPROVEMr~NT
DISTRICTS, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ~~INTENANCE AND
OPERATION, ALL OF THE GRASS PLOTS AND/OR PARKWAYS
IN THE MIDDLE OF EIGHTH AVENUE, SOUTH, AND THE
TREES AND SHRUBERRY GROW ING THEREIN AND ADDING SAID I
PARKWAYS AND/OR GRASS PLOTS TO THE PARK AND PUBLIC
GROUNDS AREA OF THE CITY OF' BOZEMAN FOR THE PURPOSE
OF SUCH MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION. I
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
Section 1. That for the purpose of maintenance a~d operation, all
of the grass plots and/or parkways in the middle of Eighth Avenue, South,
between Main street and Harrison St reet, in the City of Bozeman, be, and ,

the same are here'by, eliminated and segregated from any Special Improve-- ,

ment District of said City in which they or any of them are now included, ~>_, - - ,."::' ".-
for the purpose of maintenance, and added to the public grounds and park
area of said City and hereafter shall be operated and maintained a& a part
of such public grounds and park area and the cost of such maintenance and
operation shall be defrayed from the Park Fund of the City of Bozeman.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect a

from and after thirty days after its adoption.
Introduced, read for the first time, and provisionally passed by
the Commission of the City of Bozeman, at a regumer session of the
Commission held on the 24th day of February, 1933. ,
