.." CONVENIENCE OF USE, OF SUNSET HILLS CEMETERY.
WHEREAS, it has been presented to the City Commission of the I
City of Bozeman by the Cemetery Board of said City, that it would aid in
the beautification and convenience of use, of Sunset Hills ~emetery in
said City ot Bozeman, that certain narrow strips of land used as paths and
streets, now shown npon the original and amended plats of said Cemetery on

file in the off"ice of the City Engineer of the City of bozeman, should be
closed and the use thereof as streets and paths be discontinued, and said
Cemetery Board has recommended and approved such closing"and discontinuing,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION 9F TEE CITY OF BOZEMA:;:
Section 1. That the following described strips and pieces of
land in Sunset Hills Cemetery of the City of Bozeman, heretofore used as

paths and streets, be, and the same are hereby, closed and discontinued as
such streets and paths, to-wit: '--

Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
trom and after thirty (30) days after its passage.
Introduced, read for the first time, and provisionally passed by
the Commission of the City of Bozeman, at a regular session of the Commis-
sion held on the 10th day of February, 1933.
Finally passed by the Commission of the City of Bozeman, at a
regular session thereof held on the 24th day 01' February, 1933.
