AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NUNiliERED 504.
WHEREAS; Section 11179, R.C.M. 1921, provides <<Upon the passage of
'Chis act, all ordinances and parts of ordinances of cities and towns in this
I state regarding gambling and gambling houses shall be inoperative and void,
and thereafter no ordinance regarding gambling or gambling houses shall be
passed by any city or town", therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 504, entitled:
"An emergency.ordinance prohibiting gambling in the City of
Bozeman, prescribing penalty for violation thereof, and'
repeal~ng Ordinance No. 259 of said City",
be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force from and
after 50 days after its final passage.
Finally passed by the Commission of the City of Bozeman this 20th
day ,of January, 1933.

Commission of the City of Bozeman, this 13th day of January, 1933, final
passage fixed for a meeting of the Commission January 20, 1933.
Published 1n the Bozeman Daily Chronicle January 22, 1933.
