.... .' CITY MANAGER, THE HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS AND THE EMPLOYEES OF
.. THE CITY COMMISSION, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION
5507, R. C. M. 1921, AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 173 LAWS OF THE
NINETEENTH LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE ST4TE OF MONTANA.
PREAMBLE : Whereas, the City Commission i~ required by law to I
fix by annual ordinance the salary or compensation of the City Manager,
the Heads of Departments and its own employees; therefor
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZDWif:
Seotion 1. (a) That the City Manager shall have and receive
the sum of $300.00 per month as salary and compensation tor services as
Oity Manager, and that his said salary is hereby fixed at said amount;
that said monthly salary shall be charged to and paid from the following
funds, to-wit:
$125.00 from the General Fund
$175.00 from the Water Fund.
This salary shall include all services as Head of the Department of
Service, Department of Welfare and Department of Safety; and his bond shall
be in the sum of Two Thousand Dollars (42,000.00).
(b) That the Polioe Judge shall have and reoeive the sum of $60.00
per month as salary and compensation for services as Police Judge,and_irhat ' "

his said salary is hereby fixed at said amount; that said monthly saJ.ary "-

shall be charged to and paid from the General Fund. The bond of the " -

Police Judge shall be in the sum of $2,000.00.
(c) That the head of the Department of Law shall have and
receive the sum of '100.00 per month as salary and compensation for
services as Oi ty Attorney; that his said salary is hereby fixed at said
amount; that said monthly salary shall be charged to and paid from the
General Fund. The bond of the Head of the Department of Law shall be in
the sum of 'nO/1OO.
(4) T~at the Director of Finance shall have and receive for all
services rendered, the sum of $190.00 per month, and that his said salary
is hereby fixed at said amQunt; that said monthly salary shall be charged
to and paid from the follow ing funds, to-wit:

The Bond of the Bead of the Department of Finance shall be in the sum "of. - -'

(e) That the Clerk of the Commission shall receive the wum of
$50.00 per month as salary and compensation for services as Clerk of the
Commission and that said monthmy salary shall be Charged to and paid from
the General ~nd.
Seotion 2. The salaries and bonds as fixed by this ordinance
shall be effective as of the first day of January, lQ53.
