THE .ANNU.AL SALARY ORDINANCE REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 1'73, LAWS OF MONTAN.A 1925,
FIXING THE SALARY OR COMPENSATION OF THE CITY 1UUfAGER, THE l~S OF DEPART-
MENTS, AND 'rIm EMPLOYEES 0:2' THE COMMISSION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMlJISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZNv~N:
I Section 1. (a) That the City Manager shall have and receive the
sum of $350.00 per month aa salary and compensation for services as City
Manager, and that his said salary is ~ereby fixed at said amount; that said
monthly salary shall be charged to and paid from the following funds, to-wit:

One-half from the General Fund

~ cDepartment of Welfare and Department of Safety.
(b) That the Police Judge shall have and receive the sum of
$100.00 per month as salary and compensation for services as Police Judge,
and that his said salary is hereby fixed at said amount; that said monthly
salary shall be charged to and paid from the General Fund.
( c), That the head of the Department of Law shall have and receive
the sum of ~~150 .00 per month as salary and compensation for services as City
Attorney and for expenses incident to the perfor.mance of his duties, and
that his said salary and expenses are hereby fixed at said amount; that said
monthly salary and expense shall be charged to and paid from the General Fund.
f~1 (d) That_ the Direotor of the Department of Finance shall have and

';"./' receive for all services rendered, the sum of Two Hundred Dollars per month,
and that his said salary is hereby fixed at said amount; that sai'd monthly
salary shall be charged to and paid from the following funds, to-wit:
One-half from the General Fund
One-half from the Water Fund.
(e) That the Clerk of the Comnlission shall reoeive the sum of
$30.00 per month as salary and compensat ion for services as Clerk of the
Corrrmission and that said monthly salary shall be oha~ged to anu paid from
the General Fund.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from, and after thirty days after its final passage.
Finally passed by the Commission of the City of Boza:nan t~lis 19th
day of December, 1930.
