~.~.. BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE COMI<ISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
I .
Section 1. That Ordinance numbered 388 entitled:
"AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO TEE OFFICE 'OF CITY CLERK
OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, AND AMENDING SECTION 3.0F
ORDINANCE 19? OF SAID CITY OF BOZEMAN"
be and the same is hereby repealed. .
Secti.on 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after thirty days after its final passage.
Finally passed by the Commission of the Ctty of Bozeman this
