"AN OHDINANCJ:: DIVIDING THE CITY OF BOZEMAN
INTO WARDS, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.6,
I NO. 44 AND NO. 180."
BE IT ORDINAED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
Sec. 1. Tha t Ordinance No. 277enti tIed:
"AN ORDINANCE DIVIDING THE CITY OF BOZEMAN
INTO WARDS, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.6,
NO. 44 AND NO. 180."
be and the same is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. That said Ordinance No. 277 defines the ward boundaries of the

City of Bozeman; that by reason of the faot that the City of Bozeman is now
operating under the Commission-N~nager form of government there is no reason
, for longer maintaining ward boundaries within the city; and for the reason that
the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Galla tin desire to I' e-district
the City of Bozeman for voting precinots, and the Board can not equitably
apportion the electors as to the several precincts with the ward boundaries
existing at the present time.
Sec. 3. That all ordinances o~parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
I Sec. 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and

after thirty days after its final passa.ge. .,

Commission of the City of Bozeman held on the 4th d<W of Uctober, 1929, final
